Cuando hablamos de sostenibilidad, la movilidad es uno de los ejes estratégicos  prioritarios sobre el que trabajar, y donde el diseño tiene un papel imprescindible.

El Design Institute of Spain (D!OS) junto a EMPRESAS POR LA MOVILIDAD SOSTENIBLE organizan esta mesa de debate donde se hablará de la importancia que tiene la movilidad en la sociedad y cómo debe tenerse en cuenta, desde su etapa más inicial, para diseñar ciudades, infraestructuras y soluciones que contribuyan a lograr los objetivos de desarrollo sostenible.

Esta mesa redonda contará con la participación de instituciones de la talla del Ayuntamiento de Madrid, Merlin Properties, Morph Estudio, BMW Group España y Design Institute of Spain quienes compartirán sus miradas desde el punto de vista de la planificación y las infraestructuras, el sector inmobiliario, la arquitectura, la movilidad y el diseño.

Este encuentro es un evento satélite del SUMMIT 2024: “Impulsando la Movilidad Sostenible desde las empresas” donde, por primera vez, se elevará a debate la importancia del binomio Diseño y Movilidad y se lanzará un sondeo que permita palpar la situación actual y la percepción del público profesional de ambos sectores.

El sondeo quedará abierto del 19 al 22 de febrero, fecha en la que tendrá lugar la 8ª edición del SUMMIT 2024. Los resultados obtenidos se compartirán en las siguientes semanas.

When discussing sustainability, mobility stands out as one of the key focuses, and design plays an essential role in this context.

Design Institute of Spain (D!OS) and EMPRESAS POR LA MOVILIDAD SOSTENIBLE are the organizers of this panel discussion, where the importance of mobility in society will be deliberated, emphasizing how it should be considered from its earliest stages to design cities, infrastructure and solutions that contribute to achieving sustainable development goals.

This roundtable will feature the participation of institutions such as Ayuntamiento de Madrid, Merlin Properties, Morph Estudio, BMW Group España and Design Institute of Spain, who will share their perspectives from the standpoint of planning and infrastructure, real estate, architecture, mobility and design.

This event is a satellite of SUMMIT 2024: "Driving Sustainable Mobility from Businesses." There, the significance of the Design and Mobility combination will be debated for the first time. A survey will be launched to assess the current situation and the professional’s perception in both sectors. The survey will be open from February 19 to 22, coinciding with the 8th edition of SUMMIT 2024. The results obtained will be shared in the following weeks.
